It was not a difficult decision choosing Bibi-Ann Allard and Michael Saunders. It was smooth sailing all the way; we got an excellent price, we were fully informed, and felt that Bibi-Ann was always fighting our corner. This is especially important when you are 1000's of miles away. To be very honest we kind of sat back a little and let Bibi-Ann get on with it. As a result of using her team we got such a good exchange rate that we actually made enough extra money to buy a new car!! Truly the word ‘exceptional’ does not do your company enough credit in this case.

We've been in touch, only by mail so far, with Bibi-Ann, for a few weeks. As we're from France, there are a lot of things that we don't quite understand about Real Estate in the States, so we've been asking many questions, and taking much of her time We appreciate that she did her best to answer, and cannot wait to meet her, as we'll be coming next week to Sarasota for holidays, and also trying to buy a nice condo.....
